What this site will not do

We do not sell medications

There is no cart, no checkout and no pharmacy behind this site. Every page is educational, and we take no payment for anything.

We do not write prescriptions

Nothing here replaces a consultation. Controlled medications legally require a prescriber who has evaluated you.

We do not claim a pill is safe

Our interaction checker reports only documented interactions from labelling. A blank result is not an all-clear — ask a pharmacist.

How we research each medication

Every monograph is assembled from primary regulatory sources rather than copied from another site.

FDA labelling

Full prescribing information from accessdata.fda.gov, including boxed warnings and contraindications.

DailyMed

The National Library of Medicine's repository of the current Structured Product Label for each product.

DEA & 21 CFR 1308

Schedule placement taken from the Code of Federal Regulations, not from marketing copy.

MedlinePlus & PubChem

NIH/NLM monographs for patient language, and PubChem compound records for identifiers.

Editorial Review Board

Clinical review by licensed pharmacists (PharmD)

Every page on this site is reviewed against current FDA prescribing information, DailyMed labelling, DEA scheduling regulations and MedlinePlus monographs before publication. Reviewers have no commercial relationship with any manufacturer or pharmacy.

Last substantive review: October 01, 2026

Questions people actually ask

Can I buy any of these medications without a prescription?

No. Every medication on this site is a prescription medication. Those listed as Schedule I–V require a valid prescription, and supplying one without one is a federal crime under the Ryan Haight Act. Some non-scheduled drugs have over-the-counter equivalents in other countries, but not in the United States.

Is this site selling pills?

No. This is an independent information site. We do not sell, dispense, or facilitate the purchase of any medication, and we accept no payment for prescriptions.

Why does this site say 'no prescription required' in the domain name?

It is a legacy domain name. The site has been rebuilt as an educational reference, and we deliberately do not sell medications under any circumstances.

Where do the interaction warnings come from?

From the manufacturer labelling — the 'Interactions' and 'Contraindications' sections of the FDA-approved prescribing information, plus MedlinePlus. They are not exhaustive, so always ask your pharmacist about your full medication list.
