About No Rx Overnight Today
Our name describes what this site does not do. We publish educational information about prescription and controlled medications. We do not sell, prescribe, or dispatch any medication.
Who we are
This is an independent, editorially maintained reference site. It exists for one reason: the search results for prescription drug questions are dominated by sites that are trying to sell the drug, not to explain it. Someone asking whether oxycodone requires a prescription, or whether Xanax and alcohol are safe together, should not have to wade through pharmacy marketing to get an answer.
We are not a pharmacy. We have no dispensing license, we do not accept prescriptions, we do not sell medications, and we do not take payment for medication. Nothing on this site is a substitute for a conversation with a prescriber or pharmacist.
What we publish
For each medication we cover, we publish:
- What the drug is, its drug class, and its US controlled-substance schedule.
- Formulation and route information taken from FDA-approved labeling.
- Documented drug interactions with the basis for each one.
- The legal answer to whether it can be obtained without a prescription.
- Primary-source links to DailyMed, FDA labeling, MedlinePlus, and the DEA schedule.
Updated October 2026.
What we will never publish
To be explicit, because it is the reason this site is different:
- No instructions for obtaining any medication without a prescription.
- No prices, no cart, no checkout, no ordering flow.
- No claims that a prescription is unnecessary for a controlled substance.
- No unverified pill identification or dosage advice.
- No fabricated reviews, ratings, or clinical outcomes.
If you are looking for a way to obtain a controlled medication without a prescription, we are not going to help with that, and the FDA has taken action against sites that claim to. See our editorial policy for the reasoning.
Ownership and funding
This site is funded by advertising. That funding does not buy editorial influence, and no advertiser has ever reviewed or approved a page before publication. If we ever accept a paid placement, it will be labeled as advertising at the point it appears and disclosed in our affiliate disclosure.
